Systems Administrator

Job Description

ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day server, storage, and backup administration
• Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing, incident and service request management, and reporting
• Provide onsite staff Monday through Friday during core business hours at 2
  
  Con, 3
  
  Con and RFK
• Travel as required in support of incident resolution and system deployment activities to CONOCONUS sites
• Process change requests received in accordance with program policy
• Monitor and respond to system alerts
• Maintain ?99% system availability
• Ensure RTO not exceeding 4 continuous hours
• Support Contingency and Incident Response Plan activities

Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000

• Storage management (Net App)
• Backup management (Cohesity)

• Microsoft desktop client technologies

• Classified environment operations
