Position: DevOps Engineer with Security Clearance
Job Description ECS is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to work in our Washington, DC office. ECS is seeking a TS-cleared a Dev Ops Engineer to support one of our mission critical programs for the Department of Justice. We are seeking candidates committed to high quality to provide courteous and accurate technical information. As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will collaborate with customers, often engaging directly with non-technical personnel, to understand their mission related needs, suggest solutions, and complete work in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain a Dev Ops environment to support the automation and deployment of mission-critical applications.
* Implement infrastructure and automate application development and deployment processes.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated delivery of applications.
* Automate and enhance workflows around build, test, and deployment of applications.
* Manage and maintain infrastructure. Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 Required Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
* Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
* Eight+ (8) years of software/application development experience.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience with Dev Ops, infrastructure automation.
* Significant experience using infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform.
* Knowledge of AWS services and their application to deployment and management of infrastructure.
* Experience in CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Jenkins, Git Lab, etc.).
* Experience with Containerization (Docker) and Containerization Orchestration (Kubernetes).
* Programming experience with Python or Java.
* Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of full lifecycle engineering projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex Cloud infrastructure issues. Desired Skills
* AWS Certification.
* Ability to communicate with customers to refine requirements.
* Ability to deconstruct customer requirements into delineated tasks.
