Senior QA Analyst - Safety & Security Systems

Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to support safety and security-focused technology initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role involves leading quality assurance efforts across multiple systems, including the Enablon platform. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including developers, business analysts, project managers, and architects-to ensure all systems meet defined quality standards, business requirements, and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute formal test plans and document test results for critical safety and compliance applications
• Align business, functional, and technical requirements with test cases, test plans, and results documentation
• Review deliverables and create compliance checklists to support audit readiness
• Coordinate and oversee QA testing efforts with external development teams and internal stakeholders
• Conduct root cause analysis and create QA documentation following defect investigations
• Report testing outcomes and escalate issues to program leadership as needed
• Recommend and track corrective actions for defects and process improvements
• Apply quality standards and best practices across all phases of testing
• Ensure system readiness and accuracy prior to production deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing failures across QA cycles
• Participate in recurring team and department meetings to align on project objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Prior experience with the Enablon safety software platform required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
