We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Now Engineer to join our client's team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Service Now platform, specifically in the installation of new products and the configuration of FSM (Field Service Management) Helpdesk, IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, workflows, custom development, and ITSM (IT Service Management).

This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Service Now solutions to meet business needs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure new Service Now products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Configure FSM Helpdesk and IRM modules according to business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom workflows and solutions within the Service Now platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements to Service Now modules and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now configurations and integrations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders on Service Now capabilities and best practices.
  • Document configurations, processes, and custom development for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Ensure the Service Now platform is compliant with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Service Now platform, including installation, configuration, and custom development.
  • Strong understanding of FSM Helpdesk, IRM, and ITSM modules within Service Now.
  • Ability to design and implement custom workflows and solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Service Now or related fields are a plus.
