Key Skills- HCM Techno Functional Skills Required in CSX
- Strong functional and technical knowledge in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, ORC, and OLC modules.
- BI Publisher (BIP) reporting expertise, including bursting (Templates: XSLT, RTF, E Text)
- Fast Formulas (Transformation FF, Payroll FF, Benefits FF, ORC FF)
- HCM Extracts development and troubleshooting (Inbound and outbound)
- HDL and HSDL experience.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, including packages and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of ATP Database.
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
Certifications Needed:
Yes / BE
- Client management
- Working on incidents and enhancement tickets
- Flexible at work
