Key Responsibilities Scale Shopify and Tik Tok Shop to achieve $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months Optimize paid traffic and manage lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and revenue Lead a cross-functional ecommerce team, ensuring effective execution of growth strategies and operational rhythms
Required Qualifications 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, particularly with Shopify and paid social Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue Experience in managing revenue and profitability targets Deep expertise in Meta and Tik Tok Ads, along with hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify CMS Strong background in customer lifetime value optimization and funnel management
