Job Description

Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to support a mission‑focused federal IT program in Washington DC. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The role involves building and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, integrations, permissions structures, dashboards, forms, and supporting documentation. You will gather requirements from users and stakeholders, translate business needs into practical solutions, support user adoption, troubleshoot issues, and maintain solutions in alignment with security, governance, and mission requirements.

As a hands‑on technical professional, you will improve how federal mission teams share information, manage tasks, automate routine activities, and access business‑critical data.

• Minimum 5 years SharePoint or Microsoft 365 development experience
• Experience developing workflows, forms, or collaboration solutions
• Power Platform certification (preferred)
• Experience with SPFx, Power BI, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Teams integration, or a federal collaboration environment
