Lead the design and delivery of high-value Dynamics 365 ERP and integrated solutions for Crowe clients. Provide client-facing technical leadership throughout the entire engagement, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and alignment with business goals.

• Architecture & Solution Design
  • Own target architecture for D365 F&O and integrated Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Select and implement integration patterns (Dual Write/Dataverse, OData, DMF, File/Batch, Event‑driven, API‑first) and secure, versioned APIs.
  • Design data and analytics strategies to enable reporting, automation, and AI.
  • Embed non‑functional requirements with clear SLOs and testable acceptance criteria.
• Delivery Leadership
  • Serve as primary client‑facing technical lead from discovery through go‑live and hyper‑care.
  • Build environments, integration patterns, security, and Dev Ops pipelines for rapid, safe delivery.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards across code review, branching, solution layering, telemetry, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with Crowe technical specialists and Microsoft Fast Track.
• Copilot & AI Enablement
  • Deliver solutions that surface data for Copilot, reporting, and advanced analytics.
  • Embed automation and intelligence into processes to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
  • Guide clients in adopting Copilot and AI capabilities responsibly.
• Advisory, Pre‑Sales & Thought Leadership
  • Shape proposals, lead client demos, and contribute to estimates and delivery approaches.
  • Create reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and best‑practice playbooks.

• Mandatory
  • 8+ years designing and delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft platforms.
  • 5+ years with D365 F&O/AX and/or CE, including 2‑3 full‑cycle implementations in an architect or lead role.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of D365 F&O extensibility (X++ review, extension patterns, data entities, DMF) and LCS.
  • Proven architecture experience across Power Platform and Azure integration services.
  • Strong integration track record (OData/REST, webhooks/events, batch/ETL via ADF/Fabric, message‑based patterns).
  • Experience with non‑functional design (security, performance, resiliency, observability) and measurable SLOs.
  • Production experience with ALM, solutions, pipelines, Git, unit/automated UI tests.
  • Strong grasp of security & governance (Entra , RBAC, DLP, environment strategy).
  • One or more Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with Dataverse/Dual Write, D365 Supply Chain/Commerce/CE integrations, or manufacturing domain depth.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and RAG patterns.
  • People‑management experience – coaching, performance feedback, resource planning.
  • Excellent client communication and consulting acumen (scope, estimates, risk/issue management).
