Manager of AV & Collaboration Technology

What You’ll Do- Lead daily support for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, video meetings, and hybrid events.
- Manage and mentor a small technical support team across office locations.
- Troubleshoot escalated A/V, video conferencing, room‑control, UC/VoIP, and connectivity issues.
- Partner with workplace, facilities, hospitality, IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure smooth meetings.
- Build repeatable processes for room checks, setup, maintenance, documentation, and handoffs.
- Track service trends, recurring issues, assets, metrics, and improvement opportunities.
- Help standardize meeting technology support across a multi‑office environment.
- Enterprise conference‑room A/V systems
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or similar platforms
- Video conferencing endpoints and room systems
- Room‑control systems
- Unified communications and VoIP
- Basic IP networking and connectivity troubleshooting
- Executive‑level meeting support
- Team leadership, scheduling, and coaching
- Documentation, reporting, and service metrics
