Enterprise Data Architect: Modernization & Governance

We are seeking a Principal Data Architect to lead the strategic design and evolution of a large-scale Labor Management Operations data ecosystem. This role bridges legacy mainframe systems with modern, real-time, event-driven architectures. • Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise information architecture for a complex labor management ecosystem.
• Define and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including event schemas and API contracts.
• Architect modernization strategies for legacy mainframe systems, enabling migration to modern cloud and streaming platforms.
