Job SummaryDNA Partners is partnering with a premier international law firm, to identify a Director of AI Enablement & Technology Experience to lead a highly visible and strategic function at the intersection of technology, user experience, and artificial intelligence. This is a unique leadership opportunity to drive firmwide AI adoption and shape how attorneys and business professionals leverage emerging technologies to enhance collaboration, productivity, and client service.
WhatYou'll Do
- Lead and develop teams overseeing Audio & Video Services and AI Training
- Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows across the firm, including training and change management initiatives
- Design and implement AI-focused learning programs for attorneys and professional staff
- Oversee enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom) and modern AV / hybrid meeting environments
- Partner with senior leadership, IT, HR, and practice groups to deliver innovative technology solutions
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including generative AI platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.) - Establish best practices around user experience, innovation, and operational excellence
- Manage vendors, budgets, and performance metrics tied to technology adoption and training impact
- 7+ years of leadership experience in enterprise IT environments
- Proven experience with AI enablement, digital transformation, or technology training initiatives
- Strong understanding of generative AI tools and enterprise collaboration technologies
- Background in professional services, legal, consulting, or similarly complex environments preferred
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
