Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is looking for a skilled Video Teleconferencing Technician to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. • Set up, operate, and maintain video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Coordinate and support live video conferences, virtual meetings, and hybrid events
• Perform routine maintenance, testing, and quality checks on VTC endpoints and infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT and AV teams to ensure seamless integration of conferencing platforms
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users and clients
• Document system configurations, incident reports, and maintenance logs

• 2+ years of experience in video teleconferencing, AV technology, or a related technical field
• Proficiency with VTC platforms such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Polycom
• Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, networking fundamentals, and IP-based conferencing
• Experience with AV control systems such as Crestron or AMX is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances if needed for DC‑area clients
