Enterprise Portfolio Management; EPfM Dashboard Development, Developer

This role is ideal for a technical architect, API engineer, and full stack systems developer who thrives at the intersection of data systems, UI/UX dashboard design, and strategic insight. You will lead the system design and implementation of APIs that aggregate data from a wide range of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, project tools, financial systems, and more) and deliver it via a modern executive dashboard tailored for federal leadership and decision makers.

You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders to refine user stories, architect data flows, and build a solution that delivers real time, actionable insights to support portfolio management and governance.

• Lead the end to end design and implementation of scalable, secure APIs that connect multiple enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, PMO tools, SQL/No
  
  SQL databases).
• Define data pipelines and ETL processes to support high performance dashboard reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data normalization, security, validation, and synchronization across diverse platforms and schemas.
• Serve as the technical owner and lead designer of the executive dashboard interface, balancing performance, usability, and stakeholder insights.
• Develop interfaces depending on the client's ecosystem.
• Develop portfolio management tools using leading low code and no code applications.

• Engage with government and enterprise clients to define functional requirements, translate strategy into technical specifications, and iteratively refine dashboard content.
• Advise on data governance best practices and long term architecture scalability for expanding systems.
• Work side by side with management consultants to ensure technical delivery is aligned with business goals and mission outcomes.

• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
• Implement rigorous version control, error handling, performance monitoring, and testing protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in system integration, backend API development, and dashboard or data visualization platform delivery.
• Expert level proficiency in API architecture, JSON/XML data handling, and integration with systems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Service Now.
• Experience in federal or state IT ecosystems with understanding of ATOs, FedRAMP, and DoD security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT workflows, and secure data exchange protocols.
• Expertise in developing executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Qlik, Jira Align, Plan View, Appian, UI Path, or equivalent tools. Certification in at least one of them.

• Experience in the DoD technology ecosystem.
• Familiarity with management consulting principles and business strategy alignment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops automation.
• Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
