Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement the foundational Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD pipeline architecture using Git Hub Actions for tenant onboarding automation.
* Automate tenant workspace provisioning and IaC-based onboarding workflows using Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
* Enforce code quality, dependency scanning, and policy-as-code with approval gates and full audit trails.
* Implement secure environment promotion through dev/test/prod for client deliverables.
* Support 24x7 CI/CD pipeline monitoring and failure remediation.
* Maintain Platform Operations Runbook and IaC Baselines deliverable.
* Contribute to tenant satisfaction by ensuring provisioning pipelines meet deadlines.## Required Skills### Primary Skills

Skills and Qualifications
*** Work Authorization: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
* Active Public Trust level clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 7+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering.
* Expert-level Terraform for automated IaC provisioning and management.
* Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD pipeline design using Git Hub Actions with SAST/DAST/secrets scanning.
* Experience with Databricks Asset Bundles for workspace deployment automation.
* Strong proficiency with EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking.
* Experience with blue/green and canary deployment strategies.
* AWS Dev Ops Engineer Professional or AWS Certified Developer preferred.
* Willingness to support 24x7 on-call, including off-hours deployment windows.
