Senior SAP BTP Solution Architect (Washington, DC)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP BTP Solution Architect with over 10 years of SAP solution services experience. This role involves designing and implementing complex BTP solutions, serving as a trusted technical advisor, leading architecture design workshops, and collaborating with business development and lines of business to identify SAP BTP opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP technologies, extensive experience with BTP, and the ability to drive BTP-related topics in a Dev Ops and/or agile environment.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset are essential for exceeding customer expectations.
- Design and implement complex SAP BTP solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, partners, and customers in SAP BTP discussions and implementation.
- Lead architecture design workshops and build/integrate/deploy state-of-the-art architecture for SAP applications on SAP BTP Cloud.
- Collaborate with business development and lines of business to identify SAP BTP opportunities and innovations.
- Provide expertise input for Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Advise and support customers in their transition towards SAP BTP using Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
- Understand and align with the architecture, strategy, and design of SAP BTP services according to SAP's guidelines.
- Establish processes/tools and provide technical guidance to improve best practices related to SAP BTP.
- Drive BTP-related topics (developments, guidelines, etc.) in a Dev Ops and/or agile environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, service, and solution-oriented attitude, and high analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrate a creative mindset and ability to challenge the status quo to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain attention to detail and quality with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new business concepts, models, and techniques.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment across multiple client projects, prioritize, and delegate as needed.
