• Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost‑effective cloud architectures
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with enterprise goals
• Migrate legacy systems to cloud‑based infrastructure while minimizing disruption
• Integrate cloud platforms with on‑premises systems in hybrid environments
• Ensure compliance with cloud security and regulatory standards
• Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Cloud Formation
• Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end cloud solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on cloud architecture and design
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar cloud platforms (certifications preferred)
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience with Dev Ops practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Architect
• Experience migrating mission‑critical applications to the cloud
• Knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST)
• Background working with multi‑disciplinary government or IC teams

• Bachelor’s + 2 years experience
• Master’s degree (experience may be substituted as appropriate)
