WhatYou'll Do:
- Understand business goals and support discovery sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the business analyst or product owner to refine and prioritize user stories and features, providing technical insights to ensure they are achievable.
- Analyze complex, holistic business processes and break them down into smaller, manageable, and actionable requirements.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for declarative capabilities, including advanced Flow and other platform functionality.
- Champion solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and reduce technical debt, showcasing an architectural mindset.
- Lead configuration efforts, setting the team up for success by championing best practices and naming conventions.
- Collaborate with the development team to define the interaction between declarative configurations and custom code.
- Mentor and guide junior configurators, resolving blockers and serving as a technical escalation point.
- Actively prepare for and lead client discussions, offering strategic technical recommendations with a focus on business value.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
- 5+ years of experience in
- 5+ years of systems consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of key business processes such as Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Expert Salesforce configurator.
- Ability to work within a team environment, supported by strong communication skills.
- Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to solve difficult problems.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for team events as needed.
- Comfort with AI:
Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation. - Continuous Learning Mindset:
Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
Cross Country Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $85,000 - $150,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
