Tek Synap is seeking a Service Desk Manager / IT Service Center Manager for a DOS contract. This role oversees the IT Service Center operations, including Tier 0–4 support, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional customer service at a client site in the DMV area.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of IT service desk leadership, experience with service desk tools and metrics, and a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
