Job Overview

We are seeking a Records Management Specialist to provide on-demand Cybersecurity and IT services to support the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) mission at the NIGC Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Perform records management in compliance with federal privacy and legal requirements.
  • Support FOIA and Privacy Act analysis and reporting.
  • Manage FOIA/PA requests and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain and support Salesforce CRM system.
  • Assist in developing information managementpolicies and governance.
  • Manage SharePoint content and permissions.
  • Develop Power Shell scripts for reporting and records tasks.
  • Compile, transcribe, and index data for reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all work products.
Qualifications

You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

  • Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or relevantcertifications (CRM, CRA, CIPP, CGRP, FOIA Professional Certification, MSSharePoint Administrator, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of continuous experience inrecords management or information management.
  • Experience with federal records management,FOIA, and Privacy Act processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft
    365, and SharePoint content management.
  • Ability to manage FOIA/PA requests and correspondence workflows, develop reports, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Experience creating Power Shell scripts for reporting and records tasks.
  • Familiarity with information governance policies and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality controlof work products.
  • Must meet Public Trust clearance and federalcompliance requirements.
