Data Scientist (Mid) with Security Clearance

Overview Streamline Defense is seeking mid-level Data Scientists to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) RIIA program on-site at DIA Headquarters, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC. Multiple positions are available. An active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to complete a CI Polygraph are required. Responsibilities
* Apply data science, statistical, and machine learning methods to support DIA analytic missions.

* Perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models, including assessing model performance, reliability, and fitness for mission use.

* Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders in cross-functional teams.

* Communicate technical findings clearly, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements
* Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to complete a CI Polygraph.

* 3+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, analytics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.

* Experience in or ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models.

* Experience supporting DoW and/or IC clients.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience collaborating in teams.

* Bachelor's degree in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science, or four additional years of experience in those fields. Desired Qualifications
* Active TS/SCI clearance with a completed CI Polygraph.

* Master's degree or Ph.D. in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science.

* Experience with GEOINT and/or large language models (LLMs).

* Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis.
