Job Location: Washington, DC office

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as our organization’s IT & Business Intelligence Lead.
  • Help the business improve through systems management, workflow analysis, adaptation and optimization, & data analysis.
  • Be responsible for the management and improvement of our CRM / Talent Acquisition and data reporting systems (Bullhorn CRM, Cube
    19, Sense Automation, internal productivity tools, etc.).
  • Be the policy champion for our competitive utilization of systems, such as Bullhorn, and be the operational implementor of new tech across the operation for optimal effectiveness.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of data systems and serve as liaison on any systems upgrades, changes, issues, etc.
  • Identify automation & scaling strategies for effective identification, engagement, onboarding, and retention of high volumes of candidates, while offering exceptional user experience.
  • Identify new technological tools, systems, software, and process efficiencies for better automation of existing and developing processes.
  • Research, develop and provide solutions for the clean flow of data through our systems and ensure / provide reporting and workforce analytics for commercial maximization.
  • Develop, design and implement exceptional dashboard reporting in line with business goals, both company and individual, for tracking of Key Performance Metrics.
  • Enable gamification of information in a Sales and Production environment:
    Leverage individual and team performance motivators by creation of leaderboards and contests, to drive key metrics across business ops.
  • Develop and provide daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators and goal attainment reporting for executive team and across the organization.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with data security, data integrity & housing of sensitive documents, processes, and procedures.
  • Work with Information Technology team to ensure information from BH/IS2 properly integrates with other systems, such as Quick Books or other up or downstream dependent tech.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all team onboarding, troubleshooting and access-related inquiries and needs.
  • Drive awareness of technology platforms with internal partners and team staff.
  • Create training materials, onboarding content and best practice toolkits.
  • Facilitate regular trainings and business review sessions showcasing technology.
  • Qualifications

    BA/BS degree required or 3-4 years of equivalent work experience in the field.

    Excellent Excel skills with creation of reporting & dashboards involving both customization as well as pull/push reporting from systems. Excel skills are expected to be outstanding with exemplary proficiency in using pre-defined formulas, creating charts, building macros, V-lookups, pivot tables etc.

    Knowledge of VBA along with another programming language (such as Python) is highly desirable.

    At least 4 years of progressive experience in customer success management, CRM, or business analyst. Experience with Bullhorn or any like Talent Acquisition system a plus.

    Experience with project management, including tech platform implementations, across multiple work-streams and in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

    Proven strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to drive goals forward and maintain forward progress consistently & independently.

    Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, rapidly adapting environment.

    Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze sophisticated problems and propose solutions despite technical and operational constraints.

    Experience analyzing recruiting data to optimize processes.

    Ability to influence & persuade through compelling written and verbal communication.

    Ability to work independently and balance competing priorities.
