Cherokee Federal is seeking a Help Desk Specialist I to provide first-line technical support for federal agency users. In this role, you will respond to tickets, calls, and emails; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network access issues; and escalate complex problems as needed. You will document incidents, track resolutions in the ticketing system, and follow security and compliance procedures. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you'll support critical government operations while gaining hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth.
