Responsibilities
- Analyze customer experience data such as complaints, surveys, and call transcripts
- Use Python and SQL to help extract, clean, and analyze data
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau
- Help calculate and interpret key customer experience metrics
- Translate analytical results into clear insights for partners
- Support repeatable reporting and analysis by documenting processes
- Collaborate with team members and business partners
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other analytical tools
- Exposure to Tableau or data visualization tools
- Strong curiosity and problem solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
