Data Analyst, Business Intelligence
As a Sr BI Analyst I, you will be responsible for working closely with many divisions of the company such as Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships. This position develops moderately complex datasets, assists with complex dataset updates and modifications, and develops data visualizations and analyses that answer a broad set of questions across the company and begin to go deeper as a subject matter expert in at least one subdomain.
You work closely with other BI team members on a daily basis and have direct exposure with stakeholders across the company. You will be knowledgeable in healthcare analytics, population health, and value‑based care.
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence.
- Experience analyzing data and communicating results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for a wide variety of audiences (company/ACO executives, internal staff, physicians, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHR, clinical).
- Experience in data management and data manipulation skills, including a strong foundation in SQL programming.
- Experience providing internal end‑user support for reporting products, including answering technical questions, troubleshooting, and providing training.
- Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance.
- Strong quantitative skills:
- Advanced proficiency with SQL (e.g., understands window functions).
- Proficient with a BI dashboarding tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Tableau experience.
- Familiarity with dbt or another data transformation tool (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx).
Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
