WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Intelligence Operations Specialist (Insider Threat Officer), you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

Serving as an Insider Threat Officer (Intelligence Operations Specialist) with HHSwide responsibility to coordinate strategic information and intelligence programs and operations in support of the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and OPDIV/STAFFDIV senior leadership.

Conducting routine and basic CI analysis, fusing intelligence reporting, security data, behavioral indicators, cyber activities, and other classified and unclassified information to identify, assess, and characterize CI-relevant risks, anomalies, and potential insider threats.

Executing proactive CI program development to strengthen defenses against unauthorized disclosures, foreign intelligence targeting, sabotage, misuse of access, and other threats to personnel, facilities, information, and mission-critical systems.

Building and sustaining collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners across the Intelligence Community, law enforcement, security, legal, HR, IT, and insider-threat programs.
