TEST LEAD 4 DAYS ON SITE/ONCE ACCLIMATED IT WILL BE 1 DAY ONSITE Investran 7.3 or FIS private capital suite is the cots product they use so that would be AWESOME STRONG MANUAL EXP KNOWLEDGE OF SELENIUM AND PLAYWRIGHT FINANCIAL EXP A MUST ADO EXP NEEDED

• Execute test cases following predefined test plans and cases to assess software functionality.
• Manually testing software features, usability, and user interface.
• Reviewing test outcomes, identifying discrepancies, and documenting findings.
• Perform regression testing, retesting software after changes or bug fixes to ensure new issues have not been introduced.?
• Identifying and reporting defects, documenting bugs, and inconsistencies in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce using bug tracking tools to monitor the status of reported issues.
• Verifying Bug Fixes and retest resolved defects to confirm the fix and ensure no regressions.?
• Develop test plans and strategies for the testing team.
• Create test cases?and write detailed test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Work with development teams by collaborating with developers to understand software functionality and report defects effectively.
• Participating in team meetings and?actively engage in team meetings, providing updates on testing progress, and discussing any challenges.
• Attention to detail and?meticulous in test execution and defect reporting.
• Analytical thinking and ability to analyze test results and identify root causes of issues.
• Establish clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience working with tools like Selenium and Azure.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Working experience with Investran PCS and earlier version.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with various testing types (functional, integration, regression, performance, security, usability).
• Ability to design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with defect tracking and management tool (Azure).
• Proficiency in using test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium and Playwright framework).
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Proficiency in executing SQL queries to compile and analyze statistical data and prepare test data for functional, integration and/or UAT, as needed.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and designing .NET-based solutions to automate financial and accounting tasks.
• Proven ability to understand technical design documents, architectural diagrams, and API specifications.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams in an offshore/onsite model.
• Experience as a Quality Assurance with deep expertise in financial systems, integration methodologies, data migration, and reconciliation of financial reports.

• Strong analytical skills to analyze requirements, test results, and identify defects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills to document test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Meticulous diligence to identify even minor defects.
