Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications Engineering Hybrid | Washington DC or Baltimore, MD
We’re partnering with a large, well-established national organization that’s investing heavily in Microsoft 365, AI, cloud technologies, and the modern digital workplace. They’re looking for a hands-on technology leader to manage a team responsible for enterprise collaboration platforms, SaaS applications, and Application/Systems Support and Engineering initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor a team of enterprise application engineers
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies
- Partner with business and IT leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions
- Drive AI, automation, and digital workplace initiatives
- Improve application performance, security, governance, and end-user experience
- Lead enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, and modernization efforts
- 8+ years supporting SaaS and COTS enterprise applications and cloud technologies
- Minimum 3+ years managing technical teams
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange, Entra )
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and modern workplace technologies
- Automation experience preferred
- Service Now exposure is a plus, but Microsoft 365 expertise is the priority
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High-impact leadership role
