Sensory Interactive seeks an entry-level Technology Support Specialist to assist end users and maintain IT systems in a dynamic public-space tech firm.
Responsibilities include serving as the first contact for IT end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software, and helping with backups and security. A bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and basic database experience are preferred;
Salesforce experience is a plus.
