Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an eDiscovery Project Coordinator to support a company focused on providing litigation support, data management, and eDiscovery services for complex federal legal matters. This position is onsite in Washington, DC. The eDiscovery Project Coordinator will serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the discovery lifecycle, partnering with attorneys and case teams to manage large-scale digital evidence and litigation support activities.

Join a mission-driven team supporting critical legal proceedings through advanced technology and data-driven discovery solutions. Responsibilities for the eDiscovery Project Coordinator include:
* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for attorneys and case teams throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.

* Manage multiple large, complex litigation matters simultaneously from data collection through production and trial support.

* Coordinate discovery workflows including data collection, processing, analytics, document review, production, and quality control.

* Advise legal teams on Relativity, Rel One, TAR, analytics, and other eDiscovery technologies to improve review efficiency and case outcomes.

* Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with discovery protocols, security requirements, and evidence-handling procedures.

Required Qualifications for the eDiscovery Project Coordinator include:
* 3+ years of experience providing eDiscovery and litigation support on large, complex legal matters.

* Hands-on experience with Relativity Server, Rel One, Nuix, Axiom, TAR (Technology Assisted Review), and related eDiscovery platforms.

* Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review, analytics, production, and presentation.

* Exceptional communication, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent matters.

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Ability to obtain and maintain DOJ Public Trust Compensation for the eDiscovery Project Coordinator include:
* Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
