Specialized Knowledge & Skills

• 6-8 years of experience with solution architecture and solution experience across multiple architecture domains

• 5+ years of Design & Development (Enterprise-grade applications) experience using Microservices, APIs, Messaging Platforms, Container orchestrations, Data Lakes, etc.

• Hands on experience in applying advanced Enterprise Architecture/Design patterns such as API Gateways, App Mesh, Container orchestrations, External Interface Solutions

• Exposure to large-scale/enterprise-level Cloud (AWS) centric projects is a must

• Experience reviewing designs for robustness and quality

• Demonstrated work experience in creation of architecture blueprints, architecture support for Agile implementations & Architecture Sprints

• Experience in driving architecture and business innovation thought process

• Experience in Mortgage business capabilities is highly desired

• Clearly communicates and presents analyses and results and persuades. others by supporting ideas with logical arguments/data

• Technical knowledge of AWS public cloud, cloud native design, Microservice architecture, design thinking, user experience, event streaming/sourcing, and non-functional requirements

Desired Skills

• Extensive knowledge and working experience on AWS Cloud technologies (professional-level certification is preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate across diverse audience of business analysts, architects, business users and technical project staff

• Demonstrate ability to influence others and advocate point of view when appropriate

• Ability to work in a teaming environment; strong organization and interpersonal skills
