COMM SKILLS MUST BE 10/10
1) Communication skills - clients are very much policy writers, so having good comm skills is super super critical
2) Financial processes - finance management, is embedded in that writing
3) Numbers - good knowledge of excel
4) Have experience working with IT team to discuss requirements Tech wise - use visio but not mandatory, but someone who has used similar processes
