Job Title
We are looking for a resource to go onsite in Washington DC for 5 or 6 weeks to perform an assessment utilizing Microsoft Performance Toolkit. Customer location:

DT Services will perform the following services under this SOW:
During the services Dell will utilize a thorough, proven approach designed to use customer time efficiently while obtaining the maximum amount of information in an aggressive timeframe. The key phases and tasks are detailed below.
- Perform discovery to identify full scope of perceived issues (1 week; onsite)
- Attempt to witness issues being reported by DARPA
- Determine which apps and group policies may be contributing to the issues
- Identify what driver and firmware versions are installed
- Assist with deployment of Microsoft Windows Performance Toolkit to a representative sampling of DARPA's laptop fleet, up to 15 devices
- Install performance toolkit on the devices to be tested
- Configure tool to capture relevant data from devices (CPU utilization, Application utilization, memory utilization, etc.) in both boot and idle states
- Allow tool to run for 1 hour for each scenario
- Analyze results from Microsoft Windows Performance Toolkit, looking for patterns and data to support a targeted troubleshooting effort
- Return onsite to discuss Microsoft Windows Performance Toolkit data and help perform tests and analysis to determine potential path to resolutions (1 week; onsite)
- Document findings, recommendations and results
- Should the issue persist and DARPA requests additional time from the Dell Consultant, they may be extended to assist remotely or onsite
The Dell Consultant will document discovery findings, ongoing troubleshooting activities and potential remediation paths in a concise Word document, while providing the raw data and analysis from Microsoft Windows Performance Toolkit in a mutually agreed upon format.
Project TimelineDell anticipates the services will span an estimated period of five (5) business weeks. The table below is an estimate of the general project duration by task and is intended for planning purposes only. The actual schedule may change as the project progresses.
