Technical BSA Opportunity
Job is remote. Must be EST and willing to travel for quarterly meetings.
Strong API experience needed.
Troubleshooting responsibilities include:
Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basis.
Manage incident reporting in Service Now tool.
Track train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries.
Engage different vendors based on the issue reported by the stations.
Follow up with stations regarding PIDS issues.
Track and follow up with vendors and Amtrak teams until completion/closure of the incidents.
Participate in PIDS 2.0 Project initiation meetings.
Help team in gathering requirements for the PIDS 2.0 project.
Work with internal Amtrak teams through service/technical requests.
