We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead for an upcoming contract with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

Position Summary
The Senior Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead provides technical leadership in the planning, design, configuration, implementation, integration, enhancement, and support of enterprise asset and work management solutions. This position serves as a senior technical resource responsible for delivering Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities that improve asset lifecycle management, maintenance operations, work management, inventory management, and mobile workforce solutions for utility organizations.
The EAM Lead collaborates with engineering, operations, maintenance, GIS, project management, and information technology teams to implement scalable enterprise solutions that support utility infrastructure, field operations, and business objectives. The position also provides technical guidance throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring enterprise asset management solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to identify functional and technical requirements and develop effective enterprise solutions.
- Configure and support enterprise asset management applications including work management, preventive maintenance, inventory management, linear asset management, and asset lifecycle management.
- Design and support system integrations between Enterprise Asset Management platforms and enterprise business applications.
- Collaborate with GIS teams to support spatial functionality, utility network integration, enterprise geodatabases, and mobile workforce solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, application migrations, and software releases while minimizing operational impacts.
- Develop functional designs, technical specifications, configuration documentation, workflow documentation, and testing plans.
- Coordinate software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including solution design, development support, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production implementation.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency, asset reliability, and maintenance performance.
- Provide project planning support by developing work estimates, implementation schedules, and technical recommendations.
- Monitor project activities, identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support issue resolution throughout project execution.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting application issues, coordinating problem resolution, and implementing system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise asset management initiatives.
- Promote standardized configuration management, documentation, quality assurance, and repeatable implementation practices.
- Mentor junior technical staff and provide guidance on enterprise asset management technologies and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven (7) years of progressive enterprise information technology experience.
- Five (5) years of experience implementing and supporting IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
- Progressive experience implementing, configuring, supporting, or administering Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
