Digital Lifecycle Management Transformation Program Manager
Own and drive the Digital Lifecycle Management transformation program from strategy to execution across all phases (assessment, design, build, deployment, adoption).
Lead program planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
Manage a cross-functional team of DLM Consultants, Service Now specialists, and asset management experts, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to align transformation goals with organizational objectives and secure buy-in.
Ensure the implementation of Service Now HAM Pro and related modules meets business requirements and industry best practices.
Develop and execute communication, change management, and training strategies to drive adoption and process maturity.
Establish and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate transformation impact and ensure continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary escalation point for program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
Required
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on IT transformation, preferably in IT Asset Management or DLM.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now, particularly HAM Pro, CMDB, and ITSM/ITOM modules.
- Solid understanding of ITIL v4, digital asset lifecycle frameworks, and governance models.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse project teams and third-party vendors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with Service Now implementations or major ITSM/ITOM platforms.
- Background in regulated industries such as Client, Retail
