Service Now Technical Consultant II
Ondaro is seeking for a Service Now Technical Consultant II who translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations. This role combines strong Service Now development expertise with consultative skills to build high-quality workflows, integrations, and automations, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely delivery of solutions that drive business value.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide technical expertise to support customer's implementations of products developed on the Service Now platform
- Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation of processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, user experience, and system configurations
- Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, and build-out of customer requirements on the platform utilizing defined best practices for configuration and development
- Responsible for tracking work hours and maintaining full utilization as set by the organization
- Custom app design

- Integrations
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the Service Now platform
- 5+ years of general business or IT experience
- Proven experience with scripting in Service Now (JavaScript preferred)
- Developing experience with LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and similar technologies
- Able to work independently on standard work assignments with little supervision
- Applied knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred); or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Certified System Administrator
- 1+ CIS Certifications
