Entry-Level Data Engineer ​/ Data Scientist with Security Clearance

Secret The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a motivated, recent graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Engineer / Data Scientist. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analytics, statistical modeling, and programming who is eager to apply academic and project experience to real-world business problems. The candidate will support data pipeline development, statistical analysis, and visualization efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in building, cleaning, and maintaining large-scale datasets for analysis
* Develop and support data pipelines and automated reporting processes
* Conduct statistical and quantitative analysis to support business decision-making
* Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting projects
* Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
* Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or R)
* Experience with Excel and data visualization tools
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git Hub/Git Lab)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with statistical/regression modeling or predictive analytics
* Exposure to PCA, KPI development, or dashboard design
* Coursework or project experience in data structures, algorithms, or big data analytics
