IT Performance Management SME
Savvee Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented IT Performance Management SME to support our federal client onsite in Ashburn, VA. The ideal candidate will leverage data, metrics, and governance best practices to provide actionable insights that drive accountability, optimize service delivery, and support informed decision-making. This candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with a strategic perspective to enhance performance visibility, strengthen oversight processes, and advance continuous improvement across the IT portfolio.
Essential Functions:
- Providing expert guidance in the development of meaningful KPIs and SLAs to measure integrator performance, focusing on value, cost effectiveness, and alignment with Government objectives.
- Analyzing technical, financial, and operational data from the integrator and portfolio systems to identify trends, evaluate performance against established baselines, and surface risks or opportunities.
- Translating complex performance data into clear, data-informed recommendations for Government governance bodies.
- Supporting the PM in the technical design and implementation of the Performance Management Framework, including the logic for dashboards, health models, and automated reports.
- Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
Required Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum Experience and
Skills Required:
- Ten or more years of experience in IT governance, performance management, or program controls.
- Experience with ITIL, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing and analyzing KPIs and SLAs for large IT service contracts.
- Must have the ability to obtain the client's Public Trust clearance.
- A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products.
- Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly motivated self-starter.
- Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills.
Desired but not required qualifications:
- Power BI expertise.
- Federal portfolio oversight experience.
- Data analytics and business intelligence background.
- Vendor performance management experience.
