- This position is for our OIT (Office of Instructional Technology) department in the Jacob Burns Law Library 716 20th St., N.W. Washington, DC 20052
Position Specific Summary
- Receiving requests for audiovisual needs. Determining set-up requirements for equipment executing & monitoring recordings. Setting up phone & web conferencing. Assisting supervisor w/clerical duties. Participating in special library projects & other duties as assigned.
Standard Position Description
- The student will provide basic technical and computer support assistance to departments and customers. Tasks may include: assisting customers with basic technical support remotely and in person, ensuring that technology is functional and available for use, assisting with point of sale transactions. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
