Job Responsibilities:

Create & maintain a high visibility of business processes, and dependencies for a specific work stream

Capable of understanding, articulating and translating business requirements to system solution at a conceptual level (business to IT translation)

Conduct necessary requirements gathering and analysis leading to the delivery of the high level functional specifications

Experienced in Business Process Modelling using Mega

Anticipate & suggest organizational / process evolutions based on business requirements

Financial services and mortgage industry experience is a plus

Experience level: 8+ years
