We are seeking a dedicated Site Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing training to customers on system functionality, managing high-profile meetings, and serving as a liaison between end users and Bridges System Integration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:- Maintain full on-site coverage Monday–Friday (40 hrs./week) with additional on-call availability as needed.
- Provide direct, on-site technical support, resolving daily issues quickly and professionally.
- Log, track, and update all service requests using helpdesk software to ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct pre-event system checks for executive and high-visibility meetings.
- Deliver hands-on technical support during live events, ensuring seamless AV performance.
- Troubleshoot AV systems, perform basic repairs, and apply OEM firmware updates.
- Support AV production, webinars, streaming, and advanced audio/video operations.
- Operate and maintain projection systems, microphones, mixing consoles, control systems, cameras, and lighting setups; create detailed documentation and maintain configuration backups.
- Manage inventory levels, track consumables, and generate reports for replacement needs.
- Deliver end-user training, empowering staff to confidently operate AV and collaboration systems.
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements based on performance and user needs.
- Monitor and report on equipment lifecycle milestones, including manufacturer end-of-sale and end-of-support notices.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the customer and Bridges System Integration, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Participate in the rotation of Mission-Critical Emergency Technicians, reporting during holidays, closures, and emergency situations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring presentation and video conferencing equipment.
- Skilled in operating audio-visual equipment and complex AV systems.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements- Proven background in customer service, with strong communication and documentation skills to support client interactions and technical reporting.
- Hands-on experience with audio-visual presentation systems, video conferencing technologies, and foundational networking principles.
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred.
- Solid technical expertise across AV systems and control platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
