About the roleLead a team of technical experts focused on customer success with the Databricks platform. You will guide strategic engagements with major clients, helping them adopt advanced data and AI solutions. This role is key to driving customer value and shaping the future of data-driven innovation.

What you'll do- Guide your team to achieve regional performance goals, including client engagement efficiency and team expansion.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering leaders to define and execute significant client projects involving data migration, AI, and analytics.
- Develop and implement standards for project management, risk assessment, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Relay customer insights and feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the Databricks product roadmap.
- Act as a primary point of contact for critical customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Support the professional development of your team members through coaching and career path guidance.
- At least 4 years of experience managing technical teams, with a history of fostering high-performance cultures.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a technical solutions architect or data/AI engineer.
- Proven success in leading large-scale data platform migrations and AI/ML initiatives in enterprise settings.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, including scope, timelines, and statement of work execution.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, MLflow, Delta Lake, or similar technologies in the data and AI space.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and company offices up to 20% of the time.
- Direct experience with Databricks or a competing data and AI platform.
