Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Anti Tamper / Critical Program Information (AT/CPI) Subject Matter Expert to sit at the Pentagon. This person serves as a trusted advisor to senior Department of Defense leadership. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in Anti Tamper, Critical Program Information, acquisition policy, exportability, and program protection to help safeguard some of the nation's most critical technologies.
This individual will drive policy development, conduct protection assessments, identify vulnerabilities across defense programs, and provide strategic recommendations that directly impact national security initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide protection strategies while working alongside senior leaders across the defense acquisition, intelligence, and technology protection communities.

- Active TS/SCI Clearance with SAP eligibility
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Expertise in Anti (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Critical Program Information (CPI)
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and technology protection
- Experience identifying, classifying, and protecting CPI
- Knowledge of DoD policies including DoDI 5000.83, DoDI 5000.85, DoDI 5200.39, DoDD 5200.47E, and DoDI 5230.28
- Experience with threat analysis, counterintelligence, and program protection planning
- Experience briefing senior DoD leadership and stakeholders 15+ years of experience in defense, intelligence, acquisition, or related fields
- DAWIA Certification (Program Management, Engineering, Test & Evaluation)
- Previous support to Anti Tamper Executive Agent organizations
- Experience supporting Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs)
- Knowledge of multiple military service acquisition processes
- Experience with Red Team / Blue Team assessments
- Defense Exportability Features experience
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
- International program protection and export licensing experience
