Senior Business Analyst - DOJ NSD - Active Top Secret Required with Security Clearance

JOB TITLE:

Business Analyst – Top Secret Required
GOVERNMENT AGENCY: DOJ NSD – National Security Division
POSITION INFORMATION:
Full-Time Position;
Government contractor supporting DOJ NSD RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analyze and interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

* Develop detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories to support system design and development.

* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation.

* Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and test plans.

* Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to development teams.

* Identify and resolve business process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

* Experience with U.S. Government agencies, preferably within the Department of Justice or National Security Division.

* Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

* Active Top Secret security clearance required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including databases, software development lifecycle, and system integration.

* Experience with data modeling and requirements gathering tools.

* Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and contracting processes.
