TJFACT is seeking a reliable Tier 2 – Hardware Technician (Hardware Store Support) to support OCC client operations in Washington, DC. You will manage the hardware store inventory, fulfill equipment requests, and coordinate with Service Desk for timely deployments.
This in-person, customer‑facing role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and professional communication. Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years of hardware support experience and be comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds.
