Job Overview

Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Technical Program Analyst to provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for a federal government contract.

Join a team supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP’s) efforts to evaluate emerging technology to support mission needs.

Cybermedia Technologies,LLC (CTEC) is recruiting professionals to support theCBPInnovation Team (INVNT). The programidentifies, evaluates, adapts,demonstrates, deploys, and transitions innovative commercial and emerging technologies that strengthen homeland security operations and help front-line personnel work more safely and effectively.

Team members will collaborate with government leadership, operational personnel, technical stakeholders, commercial technology providers, and Federal, State, and Local partners. Work may span field engagement; requirements and capability analysis; systems engineering and integration; technical and operational demonstrations; deployment and transition planning; operational assessments; analytics; training; life-cyclelogistics; asset tracking; portfolio management; acquisition and privacy documentation; and executive-level reporting.

This is a mission-focused, fast-paced environment requiring professionals who can translate operational needs into executable technology initiatives, work effectively across headquarters and field organizations, and produce clear, decision-ready analysis and documentation. Positions may require travel to support demonstrations, assessments, training, and field activities. Employment is contingent upon contractaward, position availability, and satisfaction of applicable CBP background investigation and security requirements.

Position Summary

The Technical Program Analyst supports the evaluation, demonstration, deployment, operational assessment, and transition of innovative commercial technologies. The analyst works with technical and operational stakeholders to translate mission needs into requirements, assess capability and field performance, coordinate rigorous testing, and produce the analysis and documentationrequiredfor informed adoption decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform requirements analysis and assess the capabilities and performance of innovative commercial technologies frominitialevaluation through deployment, operational assessment, and transition.
  • Plan andfacilitatetechnical and operational demonstrations, product deployments, and rigorous capability testing.
  • Analyze technology performance and mission impact using quantitative and qualitative evidence; recommend improvements and transition actions.
  • Prepare deployment, transition, acquisition, privacy, testing, and after-action documentation, including Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA), Authority to Test (ATT), and Operational Assessment Plans and Reports.
  • Maintain internal team processes, portfolio tracking, standardized documentation, process improvements, and strategic frameworks.
  • Prepare technical, programmatic, and after-action reports, leadership briefings, external stakeholder materials, and operator surveys.
