Primary Responsibilities- es:
Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loa - ds.
Develops, evaluates and modifies methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applicatio - ns.
Responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides Senior Data Specialist with detailed notice of deficienci - es.
Performs advanced tasks related to exporting data from contractor and DOJ databases, including: identifying data for export, confirming red actions and other markups, ensuring that exports comply with applicable ESI specifications, and quality check of exported da - ta.
Develop, document, and maintain in the “Process and Procedure Manual” Processing Service procedures that adhere to polici - es.
Implement Processing Services in accordance with polici - es.
Process received data using industry standar - ds.
Upload the processed data to the review platfo - rm.
Identify and implement approved opportunities for simplification, consolidation, automation, cost reduction and process improveme - nt.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the capabilities and reduce the cost associated with the Processing Servi
While work is on-site in the DC area, there is some potential for telework and remote wRequired Qualifications
- ions:
Requires knowledge of litigation discovery process, and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) work - flow.
Knowledge of Government’s IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server-based applications prefe - rred.
Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows, document review software, and encryption met - hods.
Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity/Rel One, Nuix or other document processing plat - form.
At least two years’ experience performing eDiscovery roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data anal - ysis.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clear

Familiarity with iCONECT, Relativity/Rel One, Axiom/FTK, MS Office Suite, and/or West Live Note v - alued.
Experience with the accessing and handling of seized evi - cords.
Experience with large IT and Cloud sy - stems.
