IT Project Manager

Position Summary:
Provides contract governance, work planning, staffing, schedule and risk control, quality assurance, status reporting, Government coordination, and transition management for the firm-fixed-price task order. Primary responsibilities
Lead kickoff, integrated work planning, deliverable scheduling, performance measurement, risk and issue management, and monthly reporting.
Manage staffing availability, onboarding, on-site coverage, and the four-week replacement commitment.
Coordinate change control, acceptance criteria, quality reviews, corrective actions, and communication with the CO/COR/TSO.
Oversee transition-in, incumbent knowledge capture, inventory validation, documentation, training, and transition-out repository delivery.
Ensure compliance with security, records, CUI, privacy, Section 508, and training requirements.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of IT delivery/program management experience, including Oracle infrastructure, cloud, data, or application-modernization programs.
- Experience managing federal customers, firm-fixed-price work, technical teams, risks, schedules, deliverables, and quality controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to produce clear status and executive reporting.
- Experience recruiting and retaining specialized Oracle personnel and maintaining continuity during turnover.
- PMP, ITIL, Scrum/Agile, or comparable delivery credentials.
- Experience with Department of Education or other civilian federal agencies.
- Oracle/OCI program familiarity and experience with quality-management systems.
