Job Description Experience- 8-12+ years
- 4+ years with Amazon Connect
- Design enterprise Amazon Connect solutions
- Architect IVR, routing, queues, call flows
- Integrate Amazon Connect with Lambda, Lex, Salesforce, Service Now, CRMs and APIs
- Design omnichannel solutions (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS)
- Create HLDs and LLDs
- Lead migrations from Genesys, Cisco, Avaya or NICE
