Information Communication Technology Trainer

AI Technology Trainer | Hybrid- DC | Up to $120,000 + bonus

We're looking for an experienced AI & Technology Enablement Specialist to help drive technology adoption and deliver engaging training across a global professional services environment.

• Design and deliver technology and AI training in classroom, virtual, and one-to-one settings.
• Develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, user guides, and quick reference materials.
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools through training, coaching, and best practice guidance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored training solutions.
• Contribute to digital adoption initiatives and new hire technology onboarding.

• 5+ years' experience in technology training, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Camtasia.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with in professional services is beneficial but not essential.
